BLS
No online course required! AHA’s and ARC’s Basic Life Support (BLS) courses equip learners with the skills needed to quickly identify various critical emergencies, perform high-quality chest compressions, administer proper ventilations, utilize an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) early, and manage choking incidents. The training includes protocols for assisting Adults, Children, and Infants. This is our most popular class!

BLS Skills
Online course required! AHA’s and ARC’s Basic Life Support (BLS) Skills combine online and in-person learning for the BLS curriculum. This hybrid approach ensures high-quality resuscitation training while allowing participants to progress through the material at a comfortable pace. Tackle the online segment, followed by a hands-on skills session led by an instructor. First Aid/CPR/AED
The AHA’s and ARC’s First Aid/CPR/AED courses are designed to equip individuals with the essential skills and knowledge to respond effectively to common emergencies. Participants will learn how to perform CPR, use an AED, and administer basic first aid for injuries and sudden illnesses. The course combines theoretical understanding with practical hands-on training, ensuring learners are prepared to act confidently in critical situations. This class covers procedures for adults, children, and infants, making it ideal for parents, educators, and anyone interested in becoming a proficient first responder.

ACLS Skills
AHA’s Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) course is designed for healthcare professionals and emergency responders who manage or assist in cardiopulmonary emergencies and cardiovascular crises. It extends BLS training, focusing on effective chest compressions, bag-mask usage, and AED operation. The program covers the recognition and initial management of cardiac and respiratory arrest, symptomatic bradycardia, airway management, pharmacology, handling of Acute Coronary Syndromes (ACS) and stroke, and emphasizes the importance of effective team communication in resuscitation. ACLS Skills
AHA’s Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) course is designed for healthcare providers who respond to emergencies involving infants and children, including those in critical care, emergency, and pre-hospital settings. This advanced course builds on BLS skills and focuses on the systematic assessment and treatment of pediatric patients in respiratory distress, shock, and cardiopulmonary arrest. The program covers pediatric assessment, airway and ventilation management, vascular access, pharmacology, recognition and treatment of arrhythmias, and the management of respiratory failure and cardiac emergencies, while reinforcing effective team dynamics and communication during resuscitation.
